I have been painting for 30 years and have exhibited both locally and nationally. My art is colorful, whimsical and illustrative, which I attribute to playing the violin from a very young age and the Hispanic culture. Images of my paintings have been featured on the covers of music magazines and journals, for a writing challenge on the Ekphrastic Review Journal/ Canada, La Prensa Newspaper front page, and greeting cards and invitations for nonprofit organizations. The University Women’s and Children’s Hospital purchased 10 of my paintings which will be on exhibit July 22, 2023 in examination rooms, waiting areas, and hallways. The Ecumenical Center featured four of my paintings on their 2022 Christmas Cards. My poems with paintings have been published in Voices de la Luna Art and Literature Journal. A mural I painted is displayed at the Las Palmas Public Library Meeting Room.
