Color is so important in my artwork; together the color and subject move throughout the painting, using acrylics.Women inspire me; they are strong, beautiful, graceful and bold, with different styles and grace, a force to look at and admire. The women I paint are all sisters in this world, in different settings and places, places I have been and places I would like to go.

The women I paint have their eyes closed, they are thinking of this special time, moment, and place, closing their eyes, is my way of showing their memory. Hoping those who look at my work can visualize that moment also.

As an artist I look forward to painting the sisters and letting you the viewer see where they are from and the places they will go. And, remember.
